Great location! 10 minute walk into downtown Ardmore, 15 minutes to Suburban Square and Ardmore train station. 10-15 minute drive from Villanova’s campus. Along SEPTA bus route 103. The apartment is 3 beds and 1.5 baths. It is on the first floor of a... large house that has two other apartment units above. In August, the monthly rent will be $2250 and that can be divided evenly between tenants or however tenants decide as long as total rent amount is paid every month. Venmo or other electronic payments not accepted for rent payments, only checks. The property is owned by a religious organization that uses the building in the rear of the house but this does not affect the tenants of the units. The landlord pays all utilities except electric and WiFi, which typically cost about $40/month per person. The apartment has radiator heat for the winter but no central AC so you would need to bring a window unit for each bedroom. There is laundry in the basement (washer is $2.50 in quarters and dryer is free) and there are 4 parking spots reserved for tenants, with our unit using 1-2 of them. There is typically ample street parking right by the house, too. There is also a reserved storage area in the basement for our unit. There are 2 other apartments in the house and sometimes you may hear the 2nd floor neighbors. The kitchen is well-sized but does not have a dishwasher. The bedrooms are decently sized and the full bathroom is situated kind of Jack-and-Jill between 2 of the bedrooms, while the half bath is off of the living room.
