Carlisle Court is conveniently located right behind Temple University Medical Center- making us the CLOSEST student housing to campus. We are solely focused on providing affordable housing for students. Each room is renovated and fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, drawers, and also includes a full, private bathroom with standing shower. The kitchen, living room, and backyard space will be shared with 1, 2 or 3 other residents depending on the unit. The kitchen and living room spaces are all fully furnished with tables, chairs, sofas, kitchen utensils/tools/equipment, and all basements have a full sized washer and dryer. The street the properties are located on (N Carlisle St) has 24/7 security guards provided by Temple University. Security Cameras are provided as well.
Rent will be $800/month for 12 month lease or $850 for 6 month lease. Rent includes wifi and water, but PECO (Electricity) is separately paid by the tenant and split with their roommates. Security deposit of $500 will be required at lease signing. We can also accommodate units for students who have specific roommates in mind and would like to live with them.
